View and download invoices
Download your Space's invoices, credit notes and corrected invoices as PDFs. A Space is a shared workspace in the app.

Open the document list
On Billing, open Invoices. Without documents, it shows No invoices yet..

Click PDF in the document's row.

The browser downloads the document's PDF to your device.
Good to know
- The list shows the 50 newest documents. There is no pagination.
- Payment status is the payment provider's latest reported status: Open, Paid, Partially refunded, Refunded or Cancelled.
- A badge marks credit notes with Credit note and corrected invoices with Corrective invoice. Both appear indented directly below their original invoice.
- To request a refund or invoice correction, contact support.
If something goes wrong
A short text appears instead of the PDF
The app shows no separate page for this. There are three cases:
- You are signed out: sign in and reopen the list.
- You lack permission: sign in as Owner or Administrator of this Space.
- TEISENDA cannot find the document: it belongs to another Space. Open the list in the correct Space.

When does TEISENDA issue an invoice?
An invoice is created when a subscription starts, at every monthly charge and for a package purchase. Every document is emailed with its PDF to the invoice address on the document. The subject starts with “Your invoice …”, “Your credit note …” or “Your corrected invoice …” and ends with “from TEISENDA”.
